I’m Claire Fynn and I’m a Shopaholic!

Having spent many years loitering suspiciously in the aisles of supermarkets, I set up Fynnesse Ltd so that I could do it on behalf of other people!

I am passionate about using my experience to make a real difference to small businesses aspiring to grow. Fynnesse Ltd gives me the opportunity to share with SMEs what I have learnt from more than 25 years of working in commercial, category and development roles in FMCG.

I have worked in all sizes of business, from multi-nationals to family-owned SME’s and with manufacturers across the UK, Europe and Asia.

I have collaborated with a wide range of customers, including major national grocers, premium retailers, high street fashion and health & beauty / pharmacy in diverse categories including personal care, household, pet care and confectionery.

Whilst I have expertise in all commercial areas and customer-facing roles – account and project management, product development, insight, category and brand management and business process – the true value is my ability to share this know-how and to develop and inspire the wider team to be “best in class” and to deliver against both personal and business goals.

I now work alongside a team of experts, all specialists in their field, to ensure that we provide a wide resource base to all our clients
